| Is it possible to know as much as possible about e-procurement employees behavior patterns? |
|
Yes it is possible as an Advanced Application of Artificial Intelligence within corporate premises once the e-procurement works fluid enough. To perform that employees and suppliers should be considered "users" that interact with the corporation "openly" and "freely" but under pre established protocols. To detect and to start classifying patterns procurebot should be empowered by an e-membrane, a sort of interface that separates users from the "Corporate Establishment". The Corporate Establishment is the set of company rules, principles, procedures, forms and protocols that "should" be followed: it represents the procedures "as they should be performed". The actual users' behavior could be continuously matched throughout the e-membrane and from mismatches detect "suspected" behaviors.
