| Does procurebot performs all those tasks alone?. By itself?. |
Well, not exactly yet!. You may imagine the procurebot process like a continuum man-machine sequence m-p-m-p-m-………. where m stands for man, and p for procurebot. Procurebot is always under human control, in this case of a single man, the Chief Editor. Procurebot control is managed throughout a Desktop, a sort of Control Panel where each of the functions of the agent and even its actual structure could be modified and/or parameterized. Chief Editor has many things to do by himself/herself as well as a procurebot has.
Each time procurebot has finished some task "programmed" to be reported, it loads some predetermined crucial data on a communications interface, send a "warning" to the Desktop and continue working. Sometimes p must wait until m take some decisions, some times it may proceeds The whole system man-machine, Chief Editor - procurebot operates like a cooperative team, human generally performing "judgements", "top decisions" and procurebot performing "computable tasks" as complex as the actual "State of the art of Artificial Intelligence" permits. For instance p could have detected that in some places of a factory are people apparently keeping "hidden stocks" or that from an Engineering Department are requesting "too much" technical information about some critical materials. Only a human, in this case the Chief Editor, may judge if these apparent "irregularities" are such. Another example: p detects 500 synonyms informing about the families and subfamilies where they appear. The Chief Editor may justify total or partially these synonyms. We may say that this is a particular case of an android algorithm where we exploit human talent and AI agents' talent at their respective level. Procurebot is designed to perform its tasks as autonomous as humans decide.
