| What does it mean the expression "procurebot is designed to learn as much as possible from man-machine interactions"?. |
|
The corporate employees, its officials and suppliers may communicate openly and freely with procurebot. Employees may express their needs via local "Jargons" that could be initially ignored by procurebot. As long as local expressions are validated by Chief Editor and/or authorized Editors they become part of pre existent Jargon, normally associated to local "Points of Requisition", workshops, front of labors, special projects, etc. Another way of learning would be the recognition of some local "patterns", peculiar forms of requisition that could be either considered "regular" o suspected of some "irregularity" under Chief Editor Judgment. Suppliers also have "patterns" that could be detected and classified. Agents offer so many possibilities of learning and decentralization deepening to where the corporate processes really origin that corporate management would be tempted to an excess of "liberality". On the other side the actual state of the art of IT applications demonstrate that any human being even rather illiterate and in the worst scenarios may cope with any type of data entry sophistication, so why being too much permissive?. As always the truth is in the "way of the middle".
